Advanced Pegs: the License

Read the following terms and conditions before
using this software. Use of Advanced Pegs indicates you
accepts the terms of this license agreement and
warranty.

Evaluation and registration

Advanced Pegs is shareware, which means you are
licensed to use this software free of charge only
for 30 days evaluation period. If you use it after
the 30 day period, registration is required.
Unregistered use of Advanced Pegs after the 30-day
evaluation period is a violation of law.

Registered version

A single registered copy of Advanced Pegs may either be
used by a single person who uses the software
himself on one or more computers or installed on
a single computer and used by multiple people,
but not both.
You may access the registered version of Advanced Pegs
through a network, provided that you have
obtained individual license for the software
covering all computers that will run the software
from the network.
Furthermore, you are not allowed to modify or
reverse engineer the program files.

Disclaimer of warranty

This software and the accompanying files are
sold as is and without warranties as to
performance or any other warranties whether
expressed or implied. There is no warranty of
merchantability or fitness for a particular
purpose. The user will assume the entire risk of
using the program. The author shall not be held
liable for any consequential, incidental, direct,
indirect, special or other damages whatsoever
(including without limitation damages for loss of
business profit, business interruption, loss of
business information, or other pecuniary loss)
caused by this software. Any liability of the
seller will be limited exclusively to product
replacement or refund of purchase price.

Distribution

Provided that you are distributing the current
non-registered Shareware Version you are
granted permission to duplicate and distribute
the program, give exact copies of the original
Shareware version to anyone, and distribute the
Shareware version and documentation in its
unmodified form free of charge electronically.
This software cannot be resold or used in any
profit - generating activities, including, but not
limited to, distributing Advanced Pegs as part of
commercial products, or in support of
commercial services, without the authors
written permission.
